Sushi Making

Having lots of wet rice stuck to my hands is one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had. The good news is that sushi really isn’t that difficult to make. I learned both of these things last weekend at a sushi making and sake tasting class at Chiso in Fremont. It was our first “Living Social Adventure“, and I’d have to say that I would definitely partake in one again. It was really organized, we learned a lot and we each got a gift bag at the end. !!

It’s not available any more, but here are the details of the Living Social Adventure we did.

Travel day

While I have had an incredible, sunny, relaxing weekend in New Orleans it is always nice to come home. Until I can post pictures from my adventures in Louisiana, I’ll leave you with some home town Seattle photos.

A sunset in Fremont.

The downtown Seattle waterfront.

After 8 years in this city, I still love visiting Pike Place Market.

The gum wall in Post Alley. I've decided my worst nightmare is having my face pushed into it.

Some Portland fashion in Seattle. This is my friend Mike. He's so moustachey.
